居家安老空間設計「長. 空間」
Elderly Home Space design
概念由來：
香港人口老化，據統計長者人口由2021年的145萬上升至2046年的274萬，佔總人口的比例由20.5%上升至36.0%，即每三名港人中便有多於一名是長者。
就算入住院舍或許人手及資源調配上未必能夠跟上人口老化的需求，而政府近年提倡「居家安老」的概念，加上我們近年確實接觸不少長者家居的改裝項目，我們希望開展這項設計為我們的安樂窩做一個好的準備，讓所有人都安心居家安老，開展人生的另一頁。
Smart Interior Limited 的「長. 空間」項目便誕生了。
Concept :
Even if they are admitted to residential care, the manpower and resource allocation may not be able to keep up with the needs of the aging population.
The government has promoted the concept of "aging in place" in recent years, and we have indeed come into contact with many home modification projects for the elderly in recent years.
We hope to carry out this design makes a good preparation for our comfortable and safe space, allowing everyone to grow old at home with peace of mind and start another page of life.

漸漸行動不便的長者家居修葺
Renovation for elderly people who gradually become less mobile
經歷了六個月住院及復康的生活，陳伯伯慢慢習慣回家生活，對於長者來說一下子改掉他熟悉的生活環境其實是有點困難的，基於人性化的考慮，我們在適當的位置做了局部的修葺、加固，以及翻新了2個睡房的傢俬，最主要是既保留部分家具及長者在家中生活的動線之餘而又加添了扶手及睡房及浴室的扶手和設備上的安排。
